Notes: I received the heads but Jay charged me more than we agreed upon. I paid $700 on 6/29 and i was charged another $580 on 10/15 for a total of $1280. Our agreement was for $1000 including shipping As of 11-05-2004: I'm disputing the charges through my bank since since I provided the 5.3 cores and Patriot valve springs. Jay told me the credit went back through on 10-17-2004 and I still have yet to see it on my account. As of 05-17-2005: My CC company reversed the charges and I now have my refund.

Since I paid for and received my heads over 2 years ago, I don't think I probably kept any of the receipts for that. Probably the only thing I can come up with is MAYBE the UPS receipt for when I sent my heads back to him in Feb. of 2004 to be redone. My problem is that he offered to redo them for free, but if I don't get them back I'm out the initial $2400 these cost me when they were first done. As of 04-16-2005: I have purchased another set of heads. I told Jay that I would rather have my money back on the heads because when I get them I was going to sell them. He stated that when they are complete that he could find a buyer and get my money back.

Notes: Sent a new cam, comp R lifters, pushrods for the install. Also sent LSX 78mm intake and BBK 80mm throttle body. was suppose to open up LSX and work throttle body. He can buy the parts from me and just send a check for the refund and parts ($5400). As of 12-07-2004: I recieved an email 11-30-2004 and said that my motor was on a skid and ready to go. My throttle body came last week and my LSX arrived yesterday. Still waiting on the bulk of my order. Hopefully my motor will be shipped by friday or I will have to take action. As of 04-05-2005: Jay called and was giving me information on my heads. He stated 1.5 to 2 months. I have purchased another set of heads. I told Jay that I would rather have my money back on the heads because when I get them I was going to sell them. He stated that when they are complete that he could find a buyer and get my money back. As of 04-15-2005: paid $1750 for a shortblock and shipping, $200 to get it out of machine shop jail for Jay, another $220 for shipping. He stole my new pushrods and comp R lifters. So total Jay is into me for $2175 for a short block that I have to rebuild. Still owes me about $300 worth of lifters and pushrods, plus the $1680 I sent for the heads I have never seen. I paid $200 on 01-21-2005 to get my shortblock out of the machine shop so he could ship it to me. Motor arrived in unusable condition without any of the components that I sent to Jay.

As of 05-02-2005: He told me that he's supposed to get 4 sets of heads out of CNC jail this week and mine is one of them. I've agreed to accept less than what I was originally promised because, honestly, Jay didn't charge me enough. Also, I'm hoping it'll speed up the delivery. I want my heads before Summer. I think I'm #2 in line right now but am still unsure on the delivery time on my heads.
