We just got off the dyno with a 01 ZO6 with our 427. 4.125stroke with a 4.060 bore. Car has full exhaust with cats(stock mufflers) and passes local EPA. Great results, 476.8rwhp and 489.7rwtrq SAE corrected. We then tried on a set of the new 1 7/8 headers we will be marketing in a week or so and pulled 488.7 rwhp and 487.1 rwtrq, the trq was up all the way but lost only at the peak for some reason. Very happy with the results and we will be programming tomorrow to see if we can better things a bit. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Just dynoed an 02 ZO6 with air intake and pulled 361 rwhp/356rwtrq!! NOt bad for stock

Nick,Nice numbers,Can you tell me more about these 1 7/8 headers?Who manufactures them?Collector size?Price? The gains you saw with the 1 7/8 headers was with a full exhaust or open header?I'm very interested in these headers.

Dayummm!!! That is some serious emission legal power!!

These new headers seem to be just what the superstroker and all-bore guys needed!

I can't wait to get a set of these on my car when it goes in for a similar motor in a few weeks!

Nick,Can you post this dyno graph?I would like to see the gains the 1 7/8 headers made across the rpm range, how much torque did it pick up overall.I know it didn't pick up at peak, what about down lower?

Played on the dyno a bit, programming, pulled no more HP at peak but 2-4 hp up to 5500; torque was up to 491.8 and more through the range as well. Testing is done!

Thanks Nick. Any chance you could post the dyno pulls or put them on your website?

Sounds like an awesome package. Is there a 427 motor you did for a Denver, CO. based Z06 that pulled similar numbers?
