It depends on the year and model C4. There was the base C4, the Grand Sport C4 and the ZR1 C4. The base and GS have the same offset. The ZR1 used a 35mm (IIRC).
And to answer your question, YES, they will fit. Will they look right? Again, that depends on the offset (lol), but yes, they will bolt on you car.
I have a 2000 Z28 and am using for the time being, the 35mm ZR1's off my 87 Vette. The rears are 17x11" shod with 315's, the front, 9.5 with 275's.
They look fine, but if I decide to lower it, or when I hit a hard dip in the road, they scrub "just a tad." Seriously, not bad, but with the proper fitment, a 45-54mm offset, they should allow for proper clearance. If you want to run 315's, you "may" need the BFH treatment on the inner wheelwells and/or the fender lips "may" require trimming. Differs for every car/every wheel/tire application.
