Default do i need a tune?

i recently installed headers and a tsp ory and o2 sims on my 00 formula and it felt a little slugish i got a Egr code and a o2 code, i rest the computer one night and when i drove the car the next day it felt great but i got the ses light the next time i started it. i made my own o2 extensions and thought that might be the problem so i installed them thursday. friday night we went to the track and the best i could do was a 14.03@100.86 with a 2.4 60ft, with my stock exhaust i went 14.1@99 could it be i have traction problems now? i checked the codes again and got the sam egr and o2 i tried to rest the computer put no luck this time the ses light stayed on,
also if your wondering why the slow time, it's cause of high elavation.
thanks

im in the same boat as you but I cant tell if my car is faster after the headers, all I had done was a basic tune to get rid of the codes
