which octane with h/c setup?

which octane with h/c setup? car is full bolt-on m6 with tr224, TEA 5.3L stage 1.5 heads and fast 90mm. Has stock fuel pump with svo #30's. CR should be around 11:1 will 93 octane be sufficient with a good tune and some tr6 plugs?
