Default Heads, Cam, Exhaust, Intake, all installed in ~ 13 hrs.

All I can say is..wow. I bought this car with an LS6 swap (365/350) with 1600 miles on the motor. Roughly one month later, and approx 2k total miles on the motor, I have already pulled it apart.

New Heads - TEA Stg 2.5
New Intake Manifold - F.A.S.T. LSX
New TB - Nick Williams 90mm
New Cam - F13
New Exhaust - Kooks stainless LT 1-7/8

This car is a beast. At the current moment the exhaust is dumped at the headers because the off-road y didn't ship in on time. I can't believe how mean it sounds. I know it will quiet down a little once the exhaust is routed through the magnaflow, but until then it can terrorize the neighbors and small children.

The install began saturday, late evening, around 5pm. The heads were pulled and everything was cleaned by 9:30 when we called it quit. Sunday began around 11 and ended around 8. 99% of the work was done by "Tally Transam."

I am finishing up the heat cycling tomorrow morning, and then doing a slow break in period before the first oil change and by then i'll have it tuned

I have to say that Futral, Fastech and TEA were all good companies to work with. A couple times there were some order problems, but all together it went as planned and the parts are perfect!

Just thought I would share my story with everyone and let them know how happy I am with this setup in case anyone was indecisive about the satisfaction of a particular component

just in time and i'll definitely be there for the tuning. i hope you make what you wanted, but i think gomer will impress you with the tune. start saving for a rear and some tires like right now.

I am honestly looking at foregoing the rear for the time being and putting on a set of springs and the ccw 505a. I don't think this is going to be much of a 'track' car. More than likely it'll be a 'street' car. Good suspension, nice wheels/tires. I'm not looking to start breaking stuff, or yanking lots out for weight reduction. It now has Wolfe subframe connectors, Wolfe lower control arms, Edelbrock torque arm, 1LE 21mm rear sway bar and a bmr strut tower brace, so other than a good set of springs/shocks and wheels/tires I don't know how much i'll be messing with it from here on out

you're gonna at least want a 12bolt back there...with that kind of power you'll be likely to snap it.

is it an A4 or M6? cuz if so...do you have a stall or a clutch already?

i'll need a new clutch, but I think the stock rear should be fine as long as the car doesn't hook on launches, which I doubt it will

Took me closer to 40 hours with a helper at times, but it was my first time and I am very **** regarding installations (took notes and pictures of everything). I tend to do things slow. But thats just how I learn.

Hope your car turns out great.

Honestly, if I were doing the work, I would be the same exact way. Do it right the first time, take it slow and learn everything there is to learn.
