Default What causes a Nitrous backfire?

Saw one last night at the track and the throttle body (top mounted, not an LS1) had a nice little fire going until someone came over w/ an extinguisher.

Fuel puddling in the intake.

Alot of times it happens when used at too low of a RPM. I always use mine 3500+. My engine cost WAY too much to blow up..

slow air and too much fuel.....when my AF ratio was 9-1, I had a nasty backfire, no dmamge though other than needing a new K&N filter!
