Also waiting for Tracking info. Called a few times and was told went to get plating, then that they shipped but nothing on the tracking info and that was about 10days ago. I ordered via phone on 16 May, after calling to make sure they were in stock, you said yes! 18 was charged for the brakes. Now, first week of June no brakes yet...no tracking info either. I've been calling since last week still no answere if i dont received a phone call soon I'm going to dispute the charge.

If you search, you'll see that wholesale direct has long standing issues with communication. Most of this is simply due to the fact thats its a relatively small operation with a small staff. It simply takes them longer to reply to people and theyre not alway able to answer the phone. I do not believe that its anything resembling a scam or a company on the edge willing to take you money down with it.

If you need immediate communication with a vender, you may want to check out another sponsor. But for quick service, youre gonna pay for it. However, if you can look past their slower response time due to being understaffed, and endure their possibly lethargic ship times, you can score a good quality set of rotors at a hell of a bargain.

*This is from what ive read aboutd WD, not my personal experience with them. Take it with a grain of salt.

I'll chime in eventhough I purchased my pads and rotors from the other vendor. Brembo blanks are cast by a variety of other suppliers. So don't be surprised if you turn the rotor over and it doesn't say Brembo. Mine were cast by Wagner. Brembo confirmed this fact. Brembo receives the castings, machines them and sells them to businesses like this. Secondly Axxis pads although quiet and pull the car down well dust really freaking bad! I wouldn't recommend these pads to anyone who wants clean wheels after 3 days of driving. Save yourself some frustration and get Hawk pads.

I already turned my stock rotors once, which is all they have in them. I get back from Afghanistan, the rotors are again needing replacement (wife had to get used to engine braking down the hills from the house :bang: ). So, I pm, then call, Brian IIRC tells me tomorrow will have them, no problem will call tomorrow and order. That was 16 May I believe, maybe a day +/-. Charged the 18th, and received this email:

Well, as the date says, that was 18 May, and no news or email, or reply to posting. Will also post up in the Sponsor feedback section. Not sure it will help since the last fiasco of a sponsor not answering the call of their duty and the lack of support to resolve the issue before the Shop owner was evicted... Axxis pads was formally known as Repco and were GREAT pads. I did my research before I bought them because its not worth it if everything is junk. Did you call them?

Communication is not the best like previously stated (although it was prity good for me) but I have 0 complaints and feel I got my $ worth for both the Pads & Rotors.I got mine from them over a year ago (I think) and have had no problems.

so far all good ! they were training some help so i guess things round there might be getting better, but cust service seemed good to me i just ordered the kit but with axis ultimate pads for $329.. which is really cheep since most places i priced the pads had them costing about the same as hawk hps pads you figure their only charging like $150 for the rotors which is unbelieveable ... so far im happy! they tolld me 2 weeks for delivery form cali so i guess theyll ship sometime next week

I can consider myself ultimate now too :) I just called(on my gfs HORRIBLE cheap cellphone) and upgraded. For 30 bucks you might as well spend the extra money. I don't think they make the ultimates for the rears though.

i dunno... i thought they did but when i went to find a street price i was not able (in the short time spent looking) to find a price for rear ultimates but even for the rears there's something better than the metal masters i forget the name but but axxis offers 3 types of pads according to their website and the metal masters is the least agressive of their pads... i had heard some concerns of low speed viberation from WD with the ultimates being they are so hard of a pad but for me atleast i want stopping power i know now when ive had to really slam the breakes from the 100's they fade quickly and warp the stock rotors..hopefully this is the fix.. if not atleast thell look like they are....:jest:

Can you say Brake Torque -> Massive Burnouts!

so I was happy because i got my trackin #, and two days later my rotors arrive. I take a look in the box and guess what only the two front rotors are inside and no back ones. I check fed ex trackin number and only 1 box was shipped which was the one that I received. Also the break pads that they send are for the back rotors so what do i do know, I hope its not another month so i can get the back rotors..
