Got a problem for ya. When I have the car in gear, there is no noise. When I take off from a stop, if I give it to much gas, it makes a grinding noise. Same thing when I shift if the rpm's dont fall fast enough.(I need an Idle air control) I can fell it in the shifter. To me it sounds like it is coming from the tranny, but my brother-in-law says its the rear end. The car has almost 98k on it. I change the fluid in the rear end, and there are no chunks of metal. Everthing looks really clean. Any ideas?
