Question A/C on motor runs crappy!

Hope someone can help ! When I engage a/c on and come to a stop light the motor wants to rev up back and forth from normal to abnormal rpm ! Just like
someone is pushing the pedal on and off ! What is this ?
Thanks

Mine started doing that after I installed a cam. My solution was to remove the A/C!

That sounds pretty normal to me.........most every car that i have seen does this after a cam installation.

Take the A/C belt off for the time being or don't run the A/C. Mine will remain off until I get a tune.

Idle relearn. In this order right in a row.

5 minutes at idle in "drive" with the emergency brake "on" to hold the car in position, OR block the tires with chalks

5 minutes with A/C on full blast and in "max" with the emergency brake "on" to hold the car in position, OR block the tires with chalks

5 minutes at idle in "park"

It made mine perfect again when I had surging problems awhile ago.
