Mine is the same way. Its been soft since day one... never got softer or harder. It grips fine but more towards the top of the pedal swing. No slipping what-so-ever. I am around 1500 miles into it and i started to have a problem shifting into 1st every great once in a while. EPP said they will fix it free since they installed it, but i think it may just need bled a little more.

Also to get it in 1st when it does happen, I just have to pump the clutch once or twice and it will go right in.

At the same time of the clutch install we did a new updated hyrdraulics system (slave and master) along with a Viper T56 and the Spec3

keep me posted on how yours acts down the line. Like I said, mine maybe once a week tops will block me out of 1st when stopped now unless I pump it once or twice.

The pressure plate fingers most likely require less force to depress them hence the lighter force required in the pedal travel. It's the only thing you've changed (holding all else the same).

Same here... but then again I also upgraded my master and slave at the same time. When I got in for the first test drive I about shat myself when I felt how soft it was. And a reputable, non-sponsor of this board(yet), installed it here in Indiana.

If you undo the drill mod, meaning buy a new line, it may help stiffen the pedal up a bit.

it feels werd, but if it works well,i'll keep it as it is. i was told the mcleod and my drill mod is pushing way more fluid then stock and that is why my clutch is so light. even my ram(s)were light, just not this light.
