Default oil burning

ok guys i have a pretty good idea of whats wrong but i want your guy's expertise advice ok heres the deal. after a run down the 1/4 on decel i look in the rearview and see blue smoke. and when i take the dipstick tube out it puffs blue smoke out the tube and then when i take the oil fill cap off and i give it a small rev it also smokes out the oil fill cap. at first i thought the oil burning was a PCV problem cause there was a bunch of oil behind the TB but after i changed that out it still did it so... i was searchng on here last night and they say that if you have smoke coming out of the oil fill cap that you have a cracked piston so if you guys could give me your input and help me out here that would be appreciated. Thanks Guys and sorry for it being so long

You could have broke the land's on you pistons or you could have oil leaking down the valve guides. Might have to pull things apart to see. If you did break a land you wont know untill you remove the pistons.

Do a compression and leak down test. If you removed the oil cap and you hear the air you need new rings or pistons.
