oil burning

oil burning ok guys i have a pretty good idea of whats wrong but i want your guy's expertise advice 
ok heres the deal. after a run down the 1/4 on decel i look in the rearview and see blue smoke. and when i take the dipstick tube out it puffs blue smoke out the tube and then when i take the oil fill cap off and i give it a small rev it also smokes out the oil fill cap. at first i thought the oil burning was a PCV problem cause there was a bunch of oil behind the TB but after i changed that out it still did it so... i was searchng on here last night and they say that if you have smoke coming out of the oil fill cap that you have a cracked piston so if you guys could give me your input and help me out here that would be appreciated.
