Talking TSP 231/231 installed

well i finally installed my cam ,along with a lot of help from a buddy. its the one in my sig and it really wasn't as bad of an install as i thought it would be. i definetly think that it would have been a good idea to get the gears in before the cam but oh well, too late now. this thing sounds incredible but is in DESPERATE need of a tune. anyway, enough of the rambling i was just pretty psyched about the install and wanted to share!

cool man, good job...might want to get some new spark plugs and just keep them around....chances are if you have to drive around on it not being tuned for awhile, the plugs you have in it now will foul out...that is what im dealing with right now, but dont want to buy any new ones till i get a tune, which fortunatly will be this weekend...just a heads up...good job though man...

Talking Nice!!!

Awesome to hear man, glad to see someone else with the same cam on the board that talks. hhahah. I think you'll like it. Like I said, with pretty much the same as you got and no tune, I went down the track with some ET streets and a toasted tranny. It took .3-.4 secs off my quarter. Good luck and keep us posted!!!

I'm glad to hear that you like the sound. I'm putting mine in this coming week. I'm interested to see what I gain from the MTI T1 that's been in the car for the last two years. I'm hoping that the TSP runs somewhat decent on the T1 tune. I guess I'll find out.

Good ol' 231/237 used to make my car trap 118mph, full weight on nitto's, cam-only. Sweet top-end cam.

Running the same cam. It picked me up .4 and 4 mph switching from a 224 cam. Definetly a top end'er. I pulled 400 rwtq unlocked with my MW3600 with the TSP 231.
