Default misfire?

is there any way to tell if a cylinder is misfiring because my tuner deleted the codes for the misfires? any help appreciated. feels like it's missing inter. but also has a popping noise coming from the exhaust. cars runs fine at wot but at part throttle this occurs but like i said not constant.

Default

you can watch the misfire counts for each cylinder , if you see any 1 cylinder way different than the others , that's a good point to start
