Question Spare tire for C5 front disk conversion?

I am about to put the touring classics c5 front conversion on and I am wondering what spare tire to use. Any info would be appreciated.

My guess would be one from a C4 Corvette . . . the 1996 Grand Sports ran 13" brakes.

If you have a torsen rear, move your rear tire to the front and put your stock spare on the rear. (unless you run 17x9 front, 17x11 rears on your car).

What about those of us who do not have a Torsen, or who DO have staggered widths? I was reading some people were using a spare from another kind of car that fit great in the spare tire location. I can't remember where I read that...

There is a post somewhere about the spare from the GTO and a tire that fits it (I think it was posted here and on frrax). If you don't find it, PM me, I'll take a look for it.
