Default Nick Williams TB vs LS2

Aside from the obvious wiring differences (and bolts), why is the NW a better tb (if it is?) than the LS2? From my understanding, the LS2 is a LOT cheaper. I would get the NW if the case is made for it, otherwise, LS2 time.

On which manifold?

The NW piece is round through out, with just a little bit of lip for drivability purposes. The LS2 TB is more oval due to the larger ramps.

I did alot of research, both here and on CF, before gong with the FAST and NW. Basically the reason I chose the 90mm NW was because most people agreed that the NW provided the best tuning options and best idle. I don't know if that's true or not but my tuner, Mike Norris, had never seen a NW before mine and was very impressed with its workmanship (" nice piece of goods" ), tunablity and final reasults. From a driving perspective the car idles at 850 and has immediate throtle response and no stammer or stutter.
PS, I got mine directly from Nick.

I just got my LS2 TB Z06 running. No problems here. It started right up, and doesn't seem to need much additional tuning. Perhaps a touch more RAF....
