tricky question. what jets are in the 750, also what pistons does it have, whats the intake runner cc on the heads, rocker arm ratio, also what kind of cam is it (flat tappet, solid roller, hyd roller..ect) ?
heres some of the engines i have dealt with below all with similar setups as you.
1970 355- 390 hp- comp 292h
1982 355- 320 hp- solid roller
1970 355- 430 hp- custom hyd roller cam
1978 355- 300 hp- close to stock flat tappet cam
1974 355- 330 hp- unknown cam
all motors had 380-450 torque
id say you should if set up and tuned properly have around 400 hp 380 tq

well check out the car in the sig... has 10.3-1 hypereutic pistons and i run 11.8's consistantly. after doing the hp calculations i have around 440 or so at the flywheel and about 340 to the wheels. something like that, just do a search for 1/8 to 1/4 mile calculations or hp calculations from hp. check out the tci website and they have all the info you need
