Default M6 Hot Rod Wiring

I did a search on this and found the info to go from A4 to M6 which is helpfull but... I just want to know what the bare essentials are as far as wiring an M6 for a conversion/Hybrid? (see sig) I've already got the skip-shift flashed out of my PCM, so what needs to be hooked up and what can be unhooked or jumpered? Also, I dont have a tranny harness and I'm hoping I won't need one. I have wiring skills so mods and/or home engineering is not a problem.

I would think the bare essential wiring would be VSS and reverse lights (that is all I am going to use in my swap).
