Default cyl 6 missfire

I did the coil relocation mod last night and now I have a missfire on cyl 6. I swapped spark splugs, wire, and coil with another cylinder and it stays at 6. How can I check for voltage to the coil? I have continuity in the coil harness, but I don't know if 6 is getting battery or signal voltage.

Oh yeah, I left my test light at work and all I have here is my DVOM.

You might have trouble getting a reading with a digital meter depending
on the sample speed.

Connect the meter just as you would the test light.

Use DC volts to measure for voltage.

I think I must have damaged the coil harness when I bundled it up to shorten it. I can't see how it would be anything else. That is the only other thing I messed with that I'm not 100% positive is not causing the problem. What are the stiff sections in the harness, almost like a fuseable link? It's too late now to go start the car and run any test, it's way too loud.
