#3 cylinder, Intake spring... fortuanetly doesn't seem to be any valve damage (comp check came back good)

Yea when he showed us at his house we were like WTF. Glad you got it done and safe to say nothing else destroyed. Thanks again for the code wipe.

Whats the deal with the inner spring? It looks extremely short on both the good and broken spring...

That inner coil is the spring dampener.

those are the single spring variety with dampner in the middle.
