How much vaccum I have a 78 GMC 3/4 ton with a 454/ 400 trans.
How much vaccum should this pull at idel, and
what should correct timming be set at??
and do I set timming with my vaccum advance pluged
in or disconnected?
this is all stock.

Should probally have 20" of vacum. Set timing with the advance disconnected and plugged. No clue on where the timing should be id set it at 5* and see how it runs.
