Better rear door speakers?
What are you driving again? Last time I checked, the 99' camaro did not come with rear doors.

powered sub?
Easy thing to do first is add a sub and amp. Check out www.subthump.com for a sub box, and check their recommendatins for subs to use with it.
I have a fiberglass box I made and is a little more expensive.

Put in a pair of top quality 12 inch subwoofers using a nice amp, and subtumps t-top boxes, and you are in audio heaven. You won't even need to touch the stock speakers.
