Default Out of Balance Clutch?

I have an 02 SS with the mods in my sig and when I first got my heads/cam package I had the stock clutch and only got two runs in at the track with my best being a 12.46@118mph with a 2.14 60'. Since then I swapped out my clutch and the last time I went to the track my best was a 12.41@114mph with a 1.82 60' after a couple of 12.8's@114-115mph. The whole way driving to and from the track I felt a strong vibration that would increase with the engine rpms. I had the problem checked out and it turns out that my clutch was out of balance. Is it possible that fixing this problem can cure my slow times and low mph for a heads/cammed car? Thanks in advance.

I Have, You need to take it to a machine shop and have it balanced to " 0 " that and your fly wheel, if you had that replaced. I'm in the same boat right now, only thing on mine is that the vibration took out my rear main seal and got to my clutch.
