5.3 and 6.0 external differences

5.3 and 6.0 external differences I THINK I found a 6.0 complete motor for free but before I go through the trouble of pulling it how can I tell for sure its a 6.0 and not a 5.3? I just want to make sure its worth my time to pull it. BTW it has been through a fire so the intake and all plastic pieces and even timing cover and valve covers are gone.

Heads are casting number 317. The block will be black (not silver) and made of iron (aka a magnet will stick to it). That should be enough to identify.
also the 5.3 block is black and iron as well.
