Default lost odometer, tail lights, interior lights, radio...

Is there a specific module that handles all this?

My buddys car is the one with the problem. things are starting to fail one by one all of a sudden.

Only electrical change that was made before the failure was the installation of some fog lights. Seems hard to F that up or for it to cause these failures.

any ideas???

here is better detail straight from him.

if anybody has any ideas let me know.

Put the fog lamps in everything was okay. Drove the car for about 4 hour everything was good. Shut the car off and hit the truck release and the truck open. I got back an hour later and when I started driving release the radio didn't work. Than the I notice that the truck release didn't work. The fog lights, the running lights the instrument lights didn't work. Everything else works. Blinkers brake lights and headlights.

Nope, all I did was plug in the new foglights into the existing wires. Also, like Blackbird said my Odometer is out too. Any help would be apprecaited.

My advice would be to take the fog lights out and go back to the original setup when everything was working. It might be related...might not. Check all the fuses. What wires did you tie into for the fog lights?

Does the car have any water damage (or had any in the past)?

I would recheck the wiring what wattage are the fogs? Maybe the stock wires melted and shorted?
