Default Bad injector?

Get the codes p0300 and p0307. So i have checked everything in the cyl 7 from plug to coil. Everything seems to be firing ok. I pulled the plug and the color seems to ok as far as hows its firing.

Is it possible the injector is bad? 69000 miles on the car and its a 98.

The car misses worse when its loaded and as it gets warmer.

Questions should I just swap injectors from another cylinder and see if moves to the other cylinder? My ltft on driver side are like 8+ and pass side are like -10. I'm thinking the injector is fouling. Any suggestions?

Try ohming out the coil. It sounds like more of an ignition problem since you said it is affected by heat. Since you have a 98, you have a return fuel system. Try pinching off the return fuel line. This should boost pressure in the fuel rail thus increasing pressure to the injectors and smoothing out the idle. If it helps your idle, It is most likely a the injector. Hope this helps you out!
