Default clutch install vib

Just put a Spec III in the car. It is still on jackstands and the clutch feels great. However, when in neutral no vibration, but in 1st I am getting a very bad vibration. Two problems/ideas....1. The tourqe arm is still not attached as it is being a ****...2. I installed the driveshaft 180* throwing the balance off? or is the driveshaft 0 balanced and this wouldn't make a difference?

or maybe i have a bent rim?

Please fill me in

Np. Basically I had the pressure plate and the flywheel Zero balance together by a guy who i've never gone to before. Long story short I had the car on jackstands with the tourqe arm off. The jackstands in were on the chasis in the back not the axle. When i had everything together and started the car and revved it up i got a really really bad vibration. I assumed this was due to poor work by the machineist. I was wrong once I had everything back together and on the ground everything was perfect! What was happening was since the car was in the air that driveshaft was spinning in one direction placing tourqe on the axle compressing one of the shocks and springs untill the spring would push back and compress the spring on the other side of the car and this turned into a visious cycle of vibration. Hope you get the idea. If not just let me know and i'll try and explain a little better.
