Default what gear oil is best for my 10bolt

i gots a 02z28 wiht 3.23's and it doens't have any kinda posi, but i think its got some kinda lsd thing whatever they come with anyways

im upgrading to richmond 4.10's and a tougher rearend girdle... i do not think im going to by any after market posi unit ect just yet cuz i dont think this rearend is gonna last long anyways lol...

what weight and type and brand of gear fluid do ya'll reccomend both for the track, and for a hour long period of cruising or highway driving occassionally... not my daily driver, but i still drive it around from time to time.

I think synthetic 75-140 wt is the best, I run it in my Street rod's 9" Ford and even my regular daily driver pickup.
