Scott at In Tune is in Charleston TN, he is a great tuner. I'm not sure how east it is to where you are looking, but if that is close, i would definatly go with him.

Yes, Definatly scott is a wise choice, He is an excellent tuner with very good feedback from everyone. Tell him Jes said hi :)
