You can go to 3600 - 4000 stall depending upon the design. For example in the Yank line, I would look at the SS series but not the YTP since you are spraying 150 shot.

I run a PT4000 stall and gonna spray a 200 shot. I made 428 rwhp with a locked convertor. I made a run with a 150 shot and a unlocked convertor and made 567 rwhp with a 10.0/1 AF.

If you are serious about the 200 shot, get a dedicated nitrous converter.

Take it down the track and let us know what happens. With 7000 rpm shift points you may be ok, but 200 shot will stretch a YTP converter out too much for a motor shifting at 6500 or below.

yeah your gonna want a converter w/ a anti-ballooning plate or it will strech out to be a 5K+ stall.

hmm... with a antiballoning plate it will hold its motor shift extensions when the nitrous hits.

my st4000 and 120 wet shot put me at the limitor way before the finish line about 5000 rpms it stalls at pushing through the convertor.

i hear the SS4000 will hold a 150 shot no problem.

I shift at about 6800 rpm. I have a G5X-3 and it peaks at 6450 and hold the same power to 6900rpm. I thought the PT4000 has a anti balloning plate??

Don't waste your $$ on anything smaller than a 2800. You don't want to spray at 2100 rpm and that won't do jack for you NA. There are several good converters in the 2800 - 3300 range that will work well for you.

dont spray below 3000 rpms! cylinder pressure will be enough to break the motor.

i have my converter for sale if you want it. it is a tci ssf 4000, and has anti-balooning plates, and only 10 passes n/a, and none on spray. let me know if you are interested, via PM. thanks
