Default what does it take to get just the counter shaft out t56?

Due to improper shimming when I swapped out my front plate, my counter shaft bearings are shot. What does it take to pull just it out, or does everything have to be dissasembled. Thanks

Whats you email address? I can send you an entire over haul manual on the t56 if you like. You have to have adobe acrobat to open.

I had downloaded the manual, but I was hoping there was a way to get it out without having to dissaseble all of the rear assembly first.

well, I just bit the bullet and tore it down, wasn't as bad as I was thinking it was going to be. Now if it just works when I put it back together!
