Default What more do I need for cam install?

Picked up a TSP 226/226 .584/.584 @115, and am getting geared up to toss it in my 02. I know I need springs, recommendations? Are 918's good enough? How about hardened seats? Retainers?
Hardened pushrods are also a must, how do I know what length to get?
Car has 35k on it, I've read that 01+had LS6 pumps, should I put a new one in it anyways? Will probably be swapping heads next winter and definitely do it then. I do plan on getting an LS2 chain now just to be safe.
Will I need to get a tune to even drive the car? I do have access to a good scantool, so resetting the idle/tps is no problem. Also have a Predator for what little good it might do.
Car does have the stock converter, but also have a Yank ST3500 that may go in at the same time. If it does I will definitely be sending the PCM off.

Thanks for any input you may have!

918's should work just fine. A lot of people run duals for peace of mind but 918's are a very good spring. Titanium retainers are a good idea, but you can use stockers with the 918's. You should be fine on the oil pump, and the LS2 chain is a good (cheap) addition. You should be able to drive it without a tune, I drove my 237/242 without a tune. Not fun or easy, but you can. Definately get that converter in there, night and day differnce and idling in gear with a cam is much easier with a new converter.

918's are a great spring for that cam,I am on my 3rd cam with my stock chain,I wouldn't worry about that but if you do swap it hell go ahead and swap the pump to you are right there anyway. Go with the TI retainers, they will make a difference especially if you spin it to 65-6700. I have done over 25 cam swaps,a lot with over 60K on the stock chain with no problems and a lot of them on spray. Do go with the hardend PR's. JMO of course, have fun.

918's, stock pushrods, stock chain and you will need a tune. Why? I run 918's and stock pushrods wth my FM11 cam which is bigger than yours, and have done several cam swaps with cams bigger than yours and reused the stock pushrods no problem. A buddy had a Vortech supercharged car that pumped out well over 600 rwhp on the stock chain. Another buddy puts almost 600 rwhp down with his H/C n2o car with the stock chain. Point is unless the stock chain is damaged it is not necessary to change it. Have fun.

918s, new pushrods, titanum retainers, and the usually harmonic balancer bolt, oil, filter, radiator fluid, and assembly lube.

Thanks for the input guys. I was worried about the 918's durability, but it seems they are highly recommended. I don't thrash the car hard very often.
I've read the how-to many many times, but sometimes there is no replacement for several opinions/experiences yano.
If I were to toss the converter in there, would it need tuned to handle lockup and shifts?
How about spring seats? Are the stock ones ok or should I get some hardened ones?
