Default Disappointment with ZULater01

Wanted your opinions on something. Awhile back I received a package from a LS1tech member. A couple of months ago I had purchased almost $1,200 in parts from him but picked them up in person. I was a little confused about this because I had not bought anything from this seller recently. I opened the package and inside was a set of t-tops. Instead of reselling them and keeping the money, I contacted the seller (ZULater01). He said that he accidently shipped them to the wrong person. He said that if I shipped them to the guy who bought them, he would reimburse me for shipping. I shipped the package for him and several weeks later I still haven't received reimbursement from him. Just wanted feedback on what you think.

I dont understand any of that... You received it but you picked it up? Did you not know what you were picking up? Did you ask him or go meet him again before you decided to post this?

He purchased $1200 of parts from ZULater01 and picked them up in person. Then several months after that, he received the t-tops package in the mail by mistake. He re-mailed it to the correct person, but has not received reimbursement for that shipping cost yet.

Janders, how much was the shipping?

Thanks ACW for clearing that up. I shipped them through UPS. It cost $34 because it was oversized and weighed over 30lbs.

Your not the only one. I bought a LS6 intake from him and was supposed to come with new coolant line and plugs. Recieved the intake but no line and plugs. PM'ed him and said he would ship them out of Tuesday. Well that was 3 weeks ago and havent heard a single thing from him. Tried to PM him and his box is full. But on his profile it says he comes here everyday a couple of times a day. I WANT MY LINES AND PLUGS SO I CAN INSTALL THE DAMN INTAKE.

red99z28-Why would you send me the money if you were not the one that owed it to me?

I just got on the compuer, Apprently someone checked my pm's somehow b/c I had 4 that I hadn't seen and it made my total 100, so I havn't been getting pm's. I just got my car running finally and moved into a new apartment w/o internet so I have been busy. Enough with the excuses though,

1. I have squared up with Janders, once again sorry about that delay, I really appreciate you doing that for me.
2. I forgot about the plugs and lines, I can't find the other ones through the move, so I will buy some and get them shipped to your house, so just send me your address and I will bill to my house and send to yours so you can get them.
3. I realized I get behind and get busy and I'm not to thoughtful so I am going to stop selling stuff on here. It seems like everytime I forget something, In person I have my Fiance to remind me, but on here I forget , So once again sorry guys and I understand the dissapointment.

People make mistakes and have problems. What sets us apart is how you deal with those problems, and it looks like ZULater01 is trying to do the right thing.
