Default Removing a Torsen Diff

I have been trying to remove the torsen differential from my 10 bolt. I tried using a pry bar and bent it. This differential is not budging. Any other ideas?

Just to confirm:
you removed the bearing caps, removed the center piece, pushed the axles in and recmoved the C clips, right? should come out after that. the diff isn't seized or damaged, is it? You might want to pull out any of the shims so you dont have side load.

I already removed center block, axles, bearing caps. It must be in there good to bend a pry bar. How would I remove the shims?

They shouldnt be in there that hard, although I might have used a screw driver to pull the initial one out a bit.

wow, that sucks. Is the drive shaft still connected? IF not, can you try rotating the yoke while prying on the diff? You shouldn't have to pry hard. The diff isn't locked up or anything is it?

I have the driveshaft disconnected. The diff has cracked spider gears, but is not locked up. I can still rotate the diff.
