Roommate took HP Tuners CD, how do I get software?

Roommate took HP Tuners CD, how do I get software? I was using my old roommate's laptop to tune my car, I had my install CD in the drive and the kid won't call me back about getting the CD. I was wondering, what should I do to get a new copy of the software? I have it on my desktop, but that doesn't really do me any good.
