Default clutch doesnt seem to be fully engaging

the clutch grabs very solid while launching but lately when Im driving around town especially with a few passengers the clutch doesnt seem to be holding tight when I go thru the gears, the RPMs climb a little more than usual while accelerating and not putting out as much power. notice this most in 3 and 4 gear. It almost seems like the clutch may have overheated out of the blue. if you guys have any thoughts id appreciate it clutch is stock with about 60k miles.

your clutch is about to wear out, either take easy and will last for a while or buy new clutch

I am going to bleed with dot3 when I get my lazy a$$ out of bed today. Bleed until it is clear and fresh fluid. I will let you know if it helps me. It feels like mine is slipping and I have to let the pedal halfway out to feel any engagement. I am not sure if this is the factory clutch but think that it might be. I know that the car has had some serious nitrous launches as the evidence of a bottle bracket still exists where the spare should be and there is a purge button in the cig lighter and a switch under the ash tray and has no emissions stuff cats air pump etc. I bought the car with 24,000 mi. and it runs good and I know that it has always had full synthetic..... so the service records show. I will check all hydraulics while I bleed and change oil today and post any improvements if any.

Well I changed my oil today. Decided to take it to the dealer and discuss my problems since it under warranty. They are going to change slave and bleed system. If it doesn't help they will have to replace clutch (at their expense). I showed them the bottle bracket and other nitrous goodies that were installed...... Needless to say I told them that I want everything back to stock...... Until the warranty is expired. I hate wrenching anymore, too much of a headache without a lift.

I tk it's time for a upgraded clutch. Get RAM, SPEC,ETC and before you get a new one do some research to find the best one for you and your future mods.

I am very tedious about my car. I want the fluid in the hydraulics to alwas stay clean and clear, the way it should be. I like to ride my Harley and drive my vehicles like I stole em. My last ticket was 110 in a 55. Good thing for lawyers. My wife had a fit $400 with fines. I think that I got off cheap. Took the police 10 miles of running without me knowing as I slowed into the next town for them to even get close enough to see their lights.

Could have been much worse. I could have been taken to jail. The officer did draw his gun cuff me and put me in the back of his car. I don't have my motorcycle license and he still let me ride home. The court supervision will be over in a couple more days. 110 is what his radar clocked me at.... I was in 4th gear hitting 5th at that time. Going fast is fun!!!!!!
