I also had the intercooler mount and all of the charge pipes powder coated gloss black. The powder coating turned out great.

where did you get your piping. looks great.
I buy mandrel bent exhaust pipe for all the charge piping, make sure you get the 18 gage, as its abit lighter.

Did you use anything to support the bumper since you cut the whole mouth out?
The bolts for the bottom intercooler mount, also hold the lower bumper. Its pretty strong, I can push on the lower nose, and it dosen't have any give.

I buy it prebent and straight, then cut and weld to make the pipes I need.
Chop saw and a good welder. A bead roller is nice too, I don't have one. But Turbo Tech does!
