Default need help choosing gears, what all should i look at?

this isnt a, tell me what gear to get thread so read on lol

i am trying to think of the best gear to go with, i need to know what i should take into account before i buy anything. here is the list i have come up with.

-need to think of what speed ill be trapping at, dotn really want to have to go into 5th
-pretty much set at 6700 rev limit, maybe 6800, mostly shifting around 6600-6700.
-i want something that will help the car jump which is why i would like something like a 4.30, but i dont want to spin forever going through the gears, or do i....lol

ive got the stock 3.42's right now, its a 6 speed car. from driving with my current set up (f13 cam, afr heads) it feels stable in 3rd gear on nitto 555's on the street at a short WOT pass and 2nd gear doesnt seem to want to slip up either. ive got some more tuning left so i dont know if ill get any wheel spin in those gears, what do you guys think? i was thinking somewhere in the 3.90-4.30 range. what else shoudl i think of before i choose a gear? from searching those are the things i could come up with, plus it makes 6th more usable

When shifting at 6600 with your current mods, the 4.10's would be trapping 123 in 4th. With a H/C car, you will be on the edge. A 3.90 would be perfect, but not sure that is an option with the 10-bolt.

i want something i can have to launch on at the track, ill be going with a 12 bolt sometime in the fall, or spring next year. 3.73 is a little lower than what ill be looking for.

1. Where does your hp fall off at on your dyno graph?

2. What size tire are you going to run?

3. Do you ever plan to spray?

On a stock sized tire with 4.30's (25.6" tall) and a 6800 redline you'll be able to go 121 mph in 4th, and with 4.10's you'll hit 127.

On a 28" tire with 4.30's you'll be able to hit 132 (obviously a little lower due to low psi you'll be running) and with a 4.10 you can go 138.

If you plan on spraying you'll want to go 4.10 and if just n/a I would go 4.30's.

well then a 26" tall tire and a 4.10 would be good. Just might be tough hooking up a 26" tire if you're suspension isn't there.
