Default HP tuners minimum system requirements

After doing some searching on their website, I still couldn't find anything. I dont currently own a laptop and would like to just get the cheapest thing that would work, even if its only use is tuning. Thanks.

I sold a 150mhz for 20 bucks, not even enough to fill my bottle.

I use a 266MHz IBM laptop. At this end of the food
chain you will need to max out the RAM to get any
kind of decent performance, once it starts to use VM
you'll be hosed. I'd recommend you look for a 300-400
MHz range, refurb unit that has the serial port (unless
you are going to wait for 2.0/USB version). Those of us
with serial cables do better with a native serial port
than USB-serial adaptors. Or, as high a speed,
RAM-limit, hard drive capacity as you can find that still
has a 9-pin serial on its butt. Because anything under
1GHz anymore ain't ****, and prices are pretty low for
any of it. But about the 500MHz generation the serial
port started being left off and you have to read the
fine print, and a lot of the time the fine print on eBay
ads seems to be written in crayon.
