Default Nicks in the cylinder wall...

I broke a piston, honed the cylinder with a bead hone as best as I could....Put it back together. Their are still a few nicks in the walls, my question is to those in the know, how bad will it be if im spraying the car say on 150worth. Will tiny nicks just deep enough to hang a finger nail, cause me to bust another piston some cylinder pressure getting past the rings and blow the top off? What do you guys think?

I wouldn't risk it. If you still have it apart fix it right so you dont have to take it apart another time. Just my .02

I know you'll have some oil issues, and blow-by will also accure but not sure about how bad it will be.
