Default Anyone help with too much fuel pressure, please come in

We are having problems getting this thing ready to tune, the basics on it are a forged 347, F1 procharger, Nasty performance billet fuel rails, 40lb injectors, dual walbro fuel pumps. We are seeing roughly 70lbs of pressure upon startup of the car, from my understanding it should be around 45lbs? If anyone can lend some advice thatd be great, thanks in advance.

With dual walbro pumps you need to remove the stock regulator in the tank and use an adjustable regulator to get the pressure down to 60ish.

Will this amount of pressure then be fine?
Any other info or tips?
Thanks

If you use an aftermarket regulator (Aeromotive ex.) make sure it is one that has a boost reference port on it. This is what controls the fuel pressure when the boost starts to climb. You need to watch your O2 voltages (read Wideband) to see if it's running lean or rich. Rich doesn't make as much power but it also won't break parts if the fuel system hiccups. Make sure you power your fuel pumps with a heavy gauge battery wire via a relay.

i would think that pressure would be ok granted that everything can stand that pressure. all you have to do is tune the IFR table for 70 psi, there is a spread sheet out there i found that you can enter presures into to make proper changes.
