I just purchased a 99 LS1 TA M6. I had to drive it quite a ways to get home. It has Hooker LT's and Corsa exhaust, with a Comp cam 224duration 566 lift I think. All I can say is "Hell Yeah!!! :hail: The switch from A4 to M6 was one thing but basically stock LT1 to cammed LS1 is mind blowing. Not to mention the braking ability is a lot better and the suspension is definately tighter. I love LT1's but... the LS1 is #1 now in my opinion.

I guess I need to change my name or something.

3rd f-body by the way

The best thing is just sittin at the light with it just idlin (with the windows up and the AC on). It attracts a lot of attention just by the sound alone. Oh yeah not to mention it pulls like a mother on the highway compared to my good old LT1. I showed a buddy of mine the car, and when I started it up he listened to it for a second and said "Hey you got a vacuum leak." I just laughed and shook my head. :jest:

Welcome aboard! I've had mine (LS1) about four years now and it still makes me grin when I put my foot down, and I haven't even really started engine mods yet. Lots to look forward to.
