Default Started engine bay cleanup *PICS*

I've been messing with my engine bay for a few days and here are the results so far!




so, what do you guys think? I know that its a little dirty and i've still got some polishing to do and such. Any suggestions?

looks good! id say ur off to a great start. I'm a fan off the battery and fuse box covers as well (I have them too ). But I'd say you need to do the wire mod and some FRC's to really clean it up. I personally hate the cluttered look of our engine bays, and the FRC's really help it out.

i like the battery cover, but it is a little too small to caver all of the optima. i was thinking about scuffing up the red top and painting it black just to try and tie it in a little more. i'm kind of affraid to do this because it might make it look like crap too.

!wire mod, hood release cable relocation, and of course the evap solenoid relocation or frc's to clean it up a bit more, but looking sharp!

Looking good!! Those Hillco bolts look nice, too!

I've done the EVAP relocation...it sure helps with the clutter. superchannelkev did a nice write-up on the subject...in case you didn't find it with the search:

i just saw your valve covers and would say that i have a long way to go! we are definetly going to have to meet up this summer, i cant wait to see how your car turns out! now i've got to call hillco to get some water pump, intake manifold, coil pack, and bolts of the sort. the money pit keeps sucking on.

Looks good. You might want to relocate all of the ground wires down low also. Every little bit helps.

i started to do that on the front support but you really can't tell because the wires rubbed the paint off. but i am definetly going to try and hide the rest. thanks for all the compliments and ideas guys, keep em comming!
