Default spec III clutch question

I just got my car and it has a spec III init.I was told buy the seller that it needs a clutch master cylinder for a 01 or 02 camaro because it will run out of fluid under hard driving and stick in gear
Is this true, the car shifts fine but i have not run it hard yet.Has anyone run into this and is there a special afetmarket part or just call GM and say i nedd it for an 01 or 02.
