Default '99 T/A, Painting Rear Bumper CE Style, How To Tie It In?

I went with true duals dumped, so the lack of tips out the back is weird looking. I had saw it on a black T/A and I liked the lack of tips, but now that I see it on my red T/A, I realize the black paint hid the lack of tips. I'm going to paint my rear bumper CE style with gloss black (already have gloss black calipers w/ silver brackets as well as a solid black rear taillight filler panel). How can I tie the black theme in with the rest of the car? The only thing I can think of is a black "PONTIAC" fill-in for the rear. Not sure how I'd get some black on the front or side of the car to kind of balance it all out. Any suggestions guys?

I've thought of it before also, but I dont know if I really want to do that to my current wheels, and I dont have the money for new wheels that I'd want (picky, wouldn't want Z06s or ZR1s, something unique), so I might be SOL on the black wheels thing. There is a slight possiblity of having the center section of mine powdercoated black though, just not sure though.

Get rid of the Trans Am rear valance / bumper panel & find a cheap Firebird or Formula rear section that does not have the exhaust tunnels in it, ...

Fourthcircle? Shoot me a PM with some info on that if you dont mind. Some gloss black blackbird stripes with the painted rear bumper and maybe black PONTIAC fill ins, along with my rotors, might be just what I need to set the whole car off.
