F13/5.3's to MS3/LS6?

Default F13/5.3's to MS3/LS6?

I'm running a set of Absolute speed 5.3's that are "Supposed" to flow 314 and a f13 on a 112+4. I don't drive the car but about one time a week and I'm think about stepping up to a MS3 and a set of TEA Stage 2 LS6 heads. I already have the LS6 castings so that helps alot with cost. Heads will flow in the 320's with a killer exhaust number. I'm running the FAST 90 intake so everything is there. How much power will be made over the current setup with the MS3 and kick *** ls6 heads. Worth the swap? Thanks for the input fellas!

What's the problem with the current setup? Have you run it? I have the same setup and am making a lot of power.

Yes... are you not happy with the current setup? If you haven't run it, I think you should, just to see what you have... you might not think it's worth the swap after seeing what you got at the track and on the dyno.

You know how I feel about changing combos... if you got the time and money, swap it out. You can always change it back or do something different if you don't like the results. You'll more than likely have to flycut with that combo.

I would think that you should be making alot of power now. Have you dyno tuned that car yet. What does it make??

The car makes good power now! It did 457 with 62lb each BFG DR's on 18's on the back. It was also 109 degrees in the shop, and the correction factor only helps so much. So the car makes good power, but I'm always looking to make more! It never stops.

Your gonna need more than the MS3 and some LS6's to beat my Lid and Filter car! Maybe something a little "Hogged Out" would help!!!

I feel better now! Time to go track down a title!
