Camaro body kit removal?

Camaro body kit removal? I'm considering taking my body kit off and lowering it because i hate my wheel gap, well there be anything I'll regret after taking it off? Like paint issues or drill holes etc. (previous owner put it on, I know nothing about this stuff).

I do like the look, but I want to lower it. And with the body kit I can barely get it on a hydrolic lift as it is, I can't even imagine the hell with it being lowered and with the body kit.

Imagine this.. I have a body kit, lowered with dual exhaust that goes UNDER the axle.... I have yet to scrape the car.. 
Except for that front AirScoop i haven't scrape anything else..
We all do it all the time.. . simply have patience and take your time when driving up stuff....

I have the wings west kit on my '94 and it's lowered. It's not as bad as some people make it out to be plus the car looks better than anything else on the street then.
