Well actaully the lower airbox on a ws6 allows for a greater intake, which allows the ram air hood to get more air into the ls1, causing more hp. Also there are a few suspention differences between a t/A and a ws6... ( mothing major, reallly minor) also the rims are different on a ws6,

cant forget the badge, ( but all ws6's can be ID'd in the door panel, so people will know yours is a clone! haha)

actually not tring to copy a ws6... i am just wondering fittment wise after installing the ws6 lower air box is there any other parts that are gonna be needed say a different leginth bellow ect...

as far as hp wise is say there is gonna be a good difference in max cfm allowed by the different sized openings i wouldent say the ws6 is gonna allow twice the air just beacouse the opening is twice the size but i just want something thats gonna match up correctly to the openings in my hood so i can seal the 2 off and get the most out of this ... in short i think its worth wasting my time over but it anit no BIG deal

To make the ram air really work, you would have to take out all of the baffles in the hood. The air otherwise is just turbulently going through the nostrils. If you remove the baffles, don't drive your car in the rain.

I just did this myself. The only thing you need is the lower air box.Unless your filter clips or bolts need to be replaced.

even if u take the baffles out, it IS OK to drive in the rain. Go read some other threads before u let people scare u outta doin it. U gotta be suckin air pretty hard to suck it up 90 degrees & threw a good air filter. Ur air filter might get a little mist on it, but it wont get soaked.
