Default Bad O2? or Bad Injector? or ???

OK,

I was scanning the car for problems last night because of a severe lean condition on bank 1. This is a head/cam car with long tubes. When I scan this car the long terms shows -10 for Bank 1 and +3 for Bank 2. Coincidently, I have a Wideband installed on the driver's side which also confirms the lean condition at readings over 17. Is Bank 1 bad causing this condition? Or, are the readings on Bank 1 correct because they are confirmed by the wideband??? I also scanned for misfires and there are no significant differences between the cylinders. Could this also be an injector that is stuck or shorted? Any help would be great. Thanks.

prob an o2 because if it was lean it would be reading +10, -10 means its pulling fuel out because the o2 is sensing the car is rich, switch the o2s to see if the problem follows

Ok, so if the O2 is showing between 250 and 300 mv at idle, wouldn't the computer try and richen the condition on that bank? I'm just a little confused because if the O2 is bad and shows a lean condition, the wideband on that same bank shows the same lean condition. In any event, we'll swap the O2's and see where we are. Thanks.
