i want to sell my car so i can get out of debt and actually have money to do stuff so im thinking of a price range is 19,000-20,000 to much for my car and everything in my sig? the car is in good shape all it needs is a tune and a new header gasket.

Yeah you are on the high side, especially not being a WS6.
Your car unmodded is worth ~ $14k ( I know of 02 WS6's with half the miles going for $19k). I see you have around $4k in mods, that means you will be doing good to get $1500 back. $15,500 would be fair market to both the buyer and the seller, assuming your car is in excellent condition. Then again you are in Cali, so you might be able to squeeze a little more out of it than here in Texas.
I just noticed you have an offroad Y pipe, and other mods that make your car illegal. I think it will be very difficult to sell that in California considering it's not even close to passing emissions there (you would have to remove the long tubes, the off-road y-pipe, and possibly the cam). Infact any mod you did that doesn't have a CARB number will most likely need to be removed if you are planning on selling it locally.

Might also want to consider putting it back to stock and selling off all the mods. You will probley wind up with 18-19k or so when you get done selling everything. As it is with 50k on it I am guessing you could get around 16-17k for it.
*EDIT* Just relized you are in Cali so your best bet is going to be selling those parts because there is no way that the car is going to pass smog. The cam is not going to get by the sniffer either - tune or not.

50,000 miles on it
I'd say 15,000 to 17,000, more likely towards the 15. If your not in a hurry to sell it, you might be able to find someone who's willing to pay a couple grand extra for a modded TA. Mods really dont increase the value of a car too much if not decrease it in a lot of peoples minds.

that is on the high side... I tried selling my car about 8 months ago or so, and I couldn't get anyone to bite in the 16k-17k range, with the mods in my sig, with only 23k miles on the car, and with the car being in excellent enough condition that I enter my car in many of the local car shows here.

You also have to consider that a lot of potential LS1 buyers want a stock or near stock car. The mods might be great to the right buyer but finding the right buyer for a modded car will take longer then a stock one.

take it to where all the rich high school kids hang out on a fri/sat night. light up the tires and make sure that for sale sign is in the window! Being down in Southern Cali, there's gotta be a 1:3 ratio of suckers...or at least finding somebody who thinks the mods add mucho dinero to the sticker price...

I was just shopping for a nice Fbody, there are tons of them even at $12,000 However most people ask about $14,000 Id ask $15,000 for yours. Most people like stock LS1 cars to mod it the way they want. The suggestion to take it around a bunch of rich high school kids isn't a bad idea! The other day, believe it or not I had a offer for $25,000 on my 107,000 mile B4C!!! But it was from a ex-cop of course!

If you are serious and not just bullshiting why didn't you accept that offer? B4C's are going for $7-9K. Are you telling us he offered you $16k, at the least, over market price? If you didn't jump all over that then I don't believe it.
